Message from the General Chair

On behalf of our Organizing Committee and the Local committee, I would like to welcome you to the WCSEIT2016 - III World Congress on Systems Engineering and Information Technology in Sao Paulo, Sao Paulo, Brazil. The conference is being held at the Universidade Paulista - UNIP, a well-established University recognized as an important center of production of knowledge.

This conference focuses on research topics related to research and recent developments towards the improvement of all Systems Engineering and Information Technology fields, counting with the presence of experts from across the globe.

This year the conference theme is "The Creativity and Entrepreneurship empowered by the Information Technology", which speaks directly to how we strive to work together to strengthen the global system engineering and information technology community.

Battaglia, course coordinator nationwide, ambos at Universidade Paulista - UNIP, all are esteemed specialists in teaching in University.

Over the four days together, we shall forge new relationships and strengthen existing ties through committee meetings, informative workshops, global presentations and an abundance of networking opportunities. Our goal is to make WCSEIT2016 a rewarding and memorable experience for each participant.

Before I close I would like to thank again each of you for attending WCSEIT2016 conference and bringing your expertise to our gathering. You as a researcher and author who have the vision, the knowledge the wherewithal and the experience to help us to pave our way into the future. You are truly our greatest asset today and in the future and we could not accomplish what we do without your contribution and support.
