Message from the Technical Program Chair

As the Program Chair I'd like to welcome you to WCSEIT2016 - III World Congress on Systems Engineering and Information Technology in Sao Paulo, Brazil. This edition brings together a variety of contributions from scientists and academics worldwide to foster cooperation and to promote updated information sharing among members of the community. As always, we also extend a warm welcome to all our colleagues from other sectors that share our interest in improving Systems Engineering and Information Technology.

The theme "The Creativity and Entrepreneurship empowered by the Information Technology" was very inspiring and we received many papers, top research in the fields that have contributed a lot for the conference audience.

In addition to the excellent program, the conference provides an excellent environment to meet your peers in your fields, build relationships, and exchange lessons learned.

The 2016 congress program is an exciting combination of different sessions: technical sessions, workshops and special sessions all planned and delivered to provide participants the best experiences.

As one of the largest capital cities, first time visitors to Sao Paulo are usually overwhelmed by the sheer grandiosity of the city. Aside from the obvious features of Sao Paulo's heritage, it also has some excellent museums and galleries, a multitude of high quality restaurants. For sure a nice place to visit and enjoy besides the conference environment and work. Sao Paulo is a city that manages to surprise and enthrall in equal measure, a big city that never sleeps!

Once again I would like to thank you all authors and participants for your contributions that have enlighten the event for the expertise, experience and readiness shared by you of high valuable. I am sure that it has been to all of us a fruitful meeting with discussions, interesting findings and observations.
