Message from the Technical Program Chair

Welcome to the WCSEIT'2015 - II World Congress on Systems Engineering and Information Technology. It is great to see so many enthusiastic men and women here sharing their knowledge and ingenious ideas. University of Vigo is pleased to host this conference this year where we will have the opportunity to see some of the best researches in the area.

The theme "Challenges, Practices and Technologies in the Era of Information" was very inspiring and we received many papers, top research in the fields that have contributed a lot for the conference audience.

The local of the congress is the outstanding Vigo a vast city that is attracting an increasing number of tourists with its mix of history, beautiful beaches and a modern cosmopolitan outlook. Aside from the obvious features of Vigo's heritage, beaches and marina, it also has some excellent museums and galleries, a multitude of high quality restaurants serving the freshest of seafood, and even the remains of an old Celtic fort town. For sure a nice place to visit and enjoy besides the conference environment and work.

I know that many of you have traveled from quite a distance and I'd like to acknowledge our participants from different parts of the world that we value indeed their efforts to make of this another successful conference. We are sure that this conference will be a memorable, highly educational, and "not-to-be-missed" event.

I would like to extend our gratitude and thanks to all those who so generously helped us make this event come together smoothly and without whom we could not have done it.

Once again I would like to thank you all for coming. Your expertise, experience and readiness to share your knowledge and ideas are highly valuable and needed. I wish to all of us fruitful discussions, interesting findings and observations.
