Message from the General Chair

I am delighted to have you here to participate and share in the WCSEIT2015 - II World Congress on Systems Engineering and Information Technology. Thank you for your participation. That many of you travel long distances serves to remind us all just how important our work is.

It shows how much scientists and researchers are committed to actively raising the quality of life for humanity. We want to bring together all those interested in sharing their achievements in their fields of expertise. Our task is to make it possible. Our mission is to provide the best environment for this purpose as the WCSEIT2015.

This year our theme is "Challenges, Practices and Technologies in the Era of Information" a theme that has brought a lot of interesting researches.

This year WCSEIT is hosted by the University of Vigo in such a beautiful campus that is a reference in contemporary architecture and its many buildings are comprised of the works of well-known architects.

We are honored to have as Local Chair Prof. Dr. María Asunción Longo González, Vice-Rector for Research at the University of Vigo and as Vice Local Chair Prof. Dr. Martin Llamas Nistal. All are esteemed specialists in teaching in University. The organizers have worked tireless along the year and the results speak for themselves. It is clear that all the participants and authors bring their passion and knowledge of how to reach those in our communities who are frequently looking for good research and researchers to interact and share knowledge, their work for sure are the core of this conference that is already another success as the previous editions.

Prepare yourself to be challenged, excited and inspired with the high quality researches that this year's WCSEIT brings.

And before I finish, I want to say once more on behalf of the WCSEIT'2015 organizing committee, welcome. It's a pleasure to see so many of you here.
