Structure

They constitute powers of the institution:


  • General Assembly;
  • Deliberative Council;
  • Board of Governors;
  • Fiscal Council;

-The General Assembly
is the supreme organ of the Institution that can deliberate on everything that concerns to the interests of the Institution. It is constituted by all the associates.


-The Deliberative Council
is composed by 08 (eight) elected members (four effectives and four substitutes) for the General Assembly for a mandate of 4 (four) years, with renewal of 1/4 (a fourth) annually.


-The Board of Governors
is composed of a President, a Vice President, a Secretary and a Treasurer. The Deliberative Council chooses the President and Vice President and these indicate the Secretary and the Treasurer. The Board of Governors have a mandate of 4 (four) years.


-The Fiscal Council
is composed by 08 (eight) elected members (four effectives and four substitutes) for the General Assembly for a mandate of 4 (four) years, with renewal of 1/4 (a fourth) annually.
