Graduated in Civil Engineering from Universidade Santa Cecília dos Bandeirantes - UNISANTA (1989), Technologist degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Estadual Paulista Julio de Mesquita Filho - FATEC / SP (1979), BA Area of the Faculty of Construction Technology Sao Paulo - FATEC / UNESP (1982), Specialization in Teaching in Higher Education from Mackenzie University - UPM (1995), Specialization in Environmental Sanitation Mackenzie University - UPM (1996); expertise in Evaluation and Preservation of Environmental Quality by the University Mackenzie - UPM (1998), Masters in Environmental Sanitation Mackenzie University (1998), Ph.D. in Civil Engineering - Hydraulics from the University of São Paulo - EPUSP (2004) and post-doctoral fellow at the Center for Chemistry and Environment - IPEN / USP / CNEN (2008). Civil Engineer with experience in preparing budgets for civil works, in connection with public or private agencies, like residences, prisons, commercial buildings and industries.
