Prof. Dr. Marcelo Nogueira
 
 

Dr. Marcelo Nogueira holds a degree (Bachelor) in Systems Analysis (2002), master's degree in Production Engineering with emphasis in Information Management (Risk Management in Software Projects) (2004) and Ph.D. in Production Engineering with emphasis on Software Engineering (Process for Risk Management in Software Projects) (2010) all from UNIP - Universidade Paulista. He is Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Minho in Portugal in software engineering area (2014). He is a member of the CTA - Center for Technology and Update since 1993, professor and coordinator of graduate courses in Computer Science / Information Systems since 2003 and of the graduation in software engineering since its inception in 2009, all of UNIP - Universidade Paulista, campus Tatuapé, São Paulo. He is research group leader in Software Engineering Applied to the Creation of Critical Systems. Senior researcher at the University of Minho / Center Algoritmi / SEMAG in Portugal. He has experience in computer field, especially in the following areas: Software Engineering, Software Quality Database (Oracle) programming language (Delphi) and Software Projects Embedded and Real Time. He is an active Researcher in the area of spreading culture and its applicability.
