Dr. Galvão dos Santos Meirinhos is Professor at the University of Tras-os-Montes and Alto Douro (UTAD). He is the Director of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd cycles in Communication Sciences and Vice Director of the Department of Letters, Arts and Communication of School of Humanities and Social Sciences of UTAD. Researcher at CEL-UTAD. He works at the Communication Sciences fields, especially in public communication and policy, media and audience planning and communicative effectiveness.
