Osvaldo Clúa received his title as Electronic Engineer in 1978 and as System Analysis Licenciate in 1982. He is a full time Professor of Computer Engineering and Researcher at the School of Engineering, University of Buenos Aires. He was Professor of the Master in Networks at the University of La Plata. Osvaldo Clúa is an International Engineering Educator “ING-PAED IGIP” (International Society for Engineering Education), since 2007. He was a member of the steering council at the Schools of Engineers of the Universidad de Buenos Aires and is member of he Consulting Committee of the Computer Department at this school. He received the following awards: “Honoring Award in recognition of the contributions to the fields of Engineering and Technology Education”, from INTERTECH, in 2008 and “Honoring Award in recognition of the contributions to the fields of Engineering and Computer Education”, from COPEC (Council of Researches in Education and Sciences) in 2007. He was member of the program committee for several Congresses in Computing and in Engineering Education and is a reviewer of the FIE and ACM.
