The III World Congress on Communication and Arts – WCCA'2010, happened in Guimarães, cradle of Portugal, on April 18 to 21, 2010.

The theme of the congress was: "Information Technology in Arts and Information Visualization".

The official languages were English, Spanish and Portuguese.

The host Institution was UMINHO – University of Minho.
