THE CONGRESS
 
The III International Conference on Engineering and Computer Education –  ICECE’2003, happened in São Vicente and Santos, seashore of São Paulo State in Brazil, on March 16 to 19, 2003.

The theme of the congress was: "Engineering Education in the World of no Frontiers".

The official languages were English, Spanish and Portuguese.

The host Institution was UNISANTA – Santa Cecilia University.
