The II International Conference on Engineering and Computer Education –  ICECE’2000, happened in São Paulo, capital of São Paulo State in Brazil, on August 27 to 30, 2000.

The theme of the congress was: "Cooperative Network for Engineering and Computer Education Development".

The official languages were English, Spanish and Portuguese.

The host Institution was SENAC School of Engineering and Technology.
